Local Food Spot #6 : Kenzington Burger Bar

My friend took me to this burger spot in Barrie called Kenzington Burger Bar, home of "The Kitchen Sink" burger which is essentially 2 lbs of beef with every topping thrown in it that you need to warn them two days ahead of time to prepare.  I definitely didn't order that since I'm mortal, but I did have one of their normal sized offerings. The burger itself was pretty filling and their menu actually has a lot of choices.  Even their poutines are good which you can have on the side of your burger if your stomach has the space or just on its own.

Local Food Spot #5 : Pie

Maybe this isn't so local since it's up in Barrie but the pizza joint Pie is one I was told to visit.  They specialize in wood fired pizza with a menu that consists of non-traditional pizzas.  It's worth a try if you're ever in the area.
