Local Food Spot #8 : Billy Jacks Po' Boys

It's been a while since I've ate anything cajun and this seemed to be the only spot around me.  I ordered a po' boy sandwich and it's a damn good one.  It had a familiar blackened taste that I was looking for in a cajun dish.  Also, if you can, try their Beignet which is a fluffy deep fried pastry covered in icing sugar for dessert.

Food Stop #17 : Buffalo #1

I was having withdrawl from not having seafood for a while after coming back from Hawaii so I was recommended to a Cajun restaurant in Buffalo called Chester's Cajun Grill.  They "blacken" a lot of their food which gives it this distinct peppered taste to their New Orleans themed food which go on things like shrimp, catfish, crawfish, etc.
