Local Food Spot #8 : Billy Jacks Po' Boys

It's been a while since I've ate anything cajun and this seemed to be the only spot around me.  I ordered a po' boy sandwich and it's a damn good one.  It had a familiar blackened taste that I was looking for in a cajun dish.  Also, if you can, try their Beignet which is a fluffy deep fried pastry covered in icing sugar for dessert.

Food Stop #14 : Hawaii #5

This was my first food truck festival so it would've been a better idea if I was hungrier but I still made the most of it.  Honolulu has a month food truck festival every last Friday of the month, and since it was October, they had made it Halloween themed. My night consisted of a Waffle Dog, a Catfish Po Boy Sandwich, and for dessert, a Red Velvet Malasada.
